I haven’t really ever made a post about the presidency or US elections. I talk about Trump occasionally and what not, but I haven’t really made any posts about the presidency or the election cycle itself, despite the fact that I’ve been on iFunny for 3 elections on November 5th. I figure now is as good a time as any, though I don’t really have a lot to say.
My Predictions
I’m not really the type of autist who like to play around with those election maps. That being said, I think Trump will probably win. Whether or not the rig the election again is another thing though. From what I’ve heard, Trump is doing very well in the polls right now, with promising early voter results and a lead on internal polls (both Trump’s and Kamala’s). It seems like he will probably win, and likely by a comfortable margin. That being said, I wouldn’t terribly surprised if they rig it again.
However, I don’t really think they will rig it again. Frankly, I think the water is too hot for them to get away with that right now. For one thing, Kamala is not a very popular candidate amongst DC democrats:
This isn’t really surprising as everyone knows she was only chosen as Biden’s VC for DEI points, since Biden is an old White dude and libtards hate that. And of course, the only reason she is running now is because they couldn’t run anyone else without having to give back the Biden-Harris campaign funds which is probably not even logistically possible. Also the fact that she was added in to the race so late, and the lasting bad taste of Biden’s debate performance probably don’t help.
On the other hand, Trump is only getting more popular. On top of the rise in popularity from the failed assassination attempt and the “punished Trump” hype from his felony charges, his PR team is just doing an excellent job.
So I feel like 1. people are already too distrusting for them to get away with rigging the election again, 2. Kamala isn’t worth rigging an election over, and 3. if Trump wins then he can’t run again, which is probably their best bet for keeping him out of office at this point.
I’m not really one to get my hopes up for anything though. I’m not a pessimist or anything, I just don’t invest a lot of emotional energy in to something that could cause great disappointment if I am wrong.
The Candidates
Obviously, I am voting Trump just like I did last time. I like his policy and he is of course the best shot we have at fixing our demographics issue, which is the most important issue facing the country at the moment.
Also, I completely agree with Sectionalism Archive when he says that Trump is the archetype of the modern American which basically means he is destined to win. His personality is basically what every other country thinks of Americans as, minus the Southerner/cowboy image some countries have. His bold and brash with a loud mouth, but ultimately he does what he feels is right. He is very authentic in that regard.
Kamala is retarded, on the other hand. For one thing, I don’t want a woman or a BIPOC running this country, much less someone who is both. I would not be surprised if the country exploded, literally exploded, within the first week of Kamala’s presidency.
Only tangentially related, but I’m like 99% certain that Duan’ye from Fishtank is in this video. That’s him in the far left of the front row in the thumbnail.
Like how many flamboyantly gay African immigrants named Duan’ye can there be? I wonder if John knew this. Probably not, but it would be really funny. Seeing Duan’ye act relatively normal is really funny also.
